April 2026 — Documentation restructure
The client-facing documentation site has been restructured to improve clarity across its three primary audiences: general stakeholders, IT and security reviewers, and information-management and implementation teams. Major changes include:
- New Platform section covering architecture, technologies, security, information architecture, Business Authority, templates, Purview alignment, and multilingual support.
- New Apps section with a dedicated page per Power App — New Workspace Request, New Repository Request, Broker Portal, IM Portal, and Insights.
- Reorganized Governance & Compliance section with dedicated pages for workspace provisioning, repository provisioning, request approvals, workspace lifecycle, insights and audit, audit KPIs, compliance, and notifications.
- New Deployment section covering Azure components, portal site, PowerApps, and information architecture setup.
- New Glossary, Roadmap, and Release notes pages.
- Workflow engine implementation details removed from client-facing documentation.
