What is Kybera Impact?
A workspace-governance and information-management platform for Microsoft 365. It brings structure to how your organization creates, manages, and governs collaboration spaces — so SharePoint and Teams scale without losing control of them. Runs entirely inside your own tenant.
The product, in one paragraph
Users interact with simple request experiences instead of creating workspaces directly. Behind those requests, Kybera Impact applies templates, enforces governance policy, runs approvals, provisions the resources, and keeps every workspace aligned with your standards over time. It runs entirely inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure subscription — no third-party SaaS, no content leaving your environment.
What it does
A user submits a request through a Power App. Kybera Impact coordinates approval, then automatically provisions the SharePoint site (and, if requested, the linked Microsoft Team) from a standardized template. The new workspace inherits enterprise information architecture — site columns, content types, taxonomy, retention and sensitivity labels, and Business Authority metadata — without the user having to be a SharePoint expert. Scheduled compliance keeps it aligned over time; tenant-wide audits compute governance KPIs and surface risk. Information-management teams maintain the templates and taxonomy from a governed admin app.
Who it's for
Organizations where Microsoft 365 is strategic — mid-size and larger organizations, regulated industries, government, and any enterprise where information management, records, or compliance has a voice at the table. Three groups get day-to-day value: business users (a faster, cleaner path to the workspace they need), information management (the IM model deployed in one scripted, bilingual pass), and IT and security (a supported, scripted, identity-secured platform that reduces admin load).
What it isn't
Not a replacement for Microsoft 365, SharePoint admin, Teams admin, or Microsoft Purview — it works with them. Not a template library or scripting toolkit. Not a content store or a content-inspection platform. Kybera Impact fits above Microsoft's services, coordinating what Microsoft doesn't coordinate for you: requests, templates, approvals, lifecycle, audit, and ongoing compliance.
