Audit & KPIs
Kybera Impact's audit service measures the governance health of every workspace in your tenant — on a schedule, automatically, with no manual reporting required. Each workspace gets a single Governance Score from 0 to 100, backed by plain-language findings that explain what's working and what isn't.

What the audit measures
Every workspace is scored against five Governance KPIs, each contributing to the overall score by weight:
| KPI | Weight | What it tracks |
|---|---|---|
| IMPACT Adoption | 35% | Whether users are working in Kybera Impact-managed libraries — the libraries your IM team designed for the work. |
| Schema Integrity | 22% | Whether the content type schemas your organization defined are still intact. |
| Compliance Posture | 15% | Whether the compliance pipeline has run recently and successfully for the workspace. |
| Access Hygiene | 14% | Whether the workspace's owners and members are configured sensibly. |
| Workspace Vitality | 14% | Whether the workspace is alive and producing value. |
The weights total 100, with the biggest share on IMPACT Adoption because the value of the platform's other capabilities depends on users actually working inside Kybera Impact-managed libraries.
The Governance Score and Status
The five KPI scores roll up into one Governance Score, which maps to a status that's easy to act on:
| Score | Status |
|---|---|
| ≥ 85 | Strong |
| ≥ 70 | Moderate |
| ≥ 50 | Gaps |
| < 50 | High Risk |
Alongside the score, every workspace gets a Governance Findings narrative
— plain-language lines tagged [Critical], [Warning], or [Info] that
explain why the workspace scored the way it did.
Why your organization benefits
- A single number, and the story behind it. The Governance Score gives a comparable health metric across every workspace in your tenant; the findings tell you exactly what to do about a workspace that's struggling.
- Continuous scoring, not pass/fail. Workspaces drift gradually — continuous scoring catches that drift early, before it becomes a hard problem.
- Cross-tenant analysis at scale. Issues are written to a dedicated list so views like "every stale library in Operations" stay fast across thousands of workspaces.
- Automated, with no operational overhead. The audit runs on a schedule. Your governance forum reads dashboards rather than building them.
Where this fits
The audit feeds Insights. What the audit detects, Compliance corrects. Together they keep the governance you set up at provisioning time in force as workspaces evolve.
