Insights — governance health

What it shows​

  • Tenant-wide governance health. Every Kybera Impact-managed workspace gets a single Governance Score from 0 to 100, rolled up from five continuous KPIs. The dashboard groups workspaces into Strong, Moderate, Gaps, and High Risk so you can see where attention is needed.

  • Per-workspace drill-down. Score chips for each KPI, plain-language findings explaining why the workspace scored where it did, and the library-level issues for that workspace.

  • Cross-tenant slices. Every stale library in Finance. Every schema-drift library this month. The workspaces with the most issues. The data behind these views stays fast across thousands of workspaces.

  • Usage and storage. Microsoft Graph usage data layered on top of governance data — site activity, Teams activity, storage per workspace and per Business Authority.
