What's in this phase​

  • Rollout approach: expedited vs wave-based — Side-by-side comparison, pros and cons, hybrid as the recommended default for most clients.
  • Adoption, training, and onboarding — Content-shaped rather than tool-shaped training. Structured training flow, champion network, supporting materials.
  • Community of practice operating model — Initial guided sessions transitioning to crowdsourced operation. The feedback loop back into platform improvements.

When to read this​

Once decisions are settled and the first business areas are ready to start. The rollout-approach piece is the highest-leverage read — picking expedited vs wave-based shapes everything else.
